We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right in the center of all the fun. We were within walking distance to all the other big casinos and even to a WNBA game. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and our room was spacious and spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Gus, the maintenance guy who went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The parking was convenient, and we had no issues with check-in and check-out.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The pink theme throughout was classy and iconic, and the flamingos outside were gorgeous. The casino was grand, and the nightclub and bar were fantastic. The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping team was always busy keeping the hotel clean, even on the casino floor. We felt safe thanks to the excellent security team who were quick to handle any incidents. The check-in hosts were great, and we enjoyed the coffee bar near the entrance. The location was perfectly central, allowing us to easily access other casinos and popular attractions without any trouble.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. The staff at Carlos n Charlie's were amazing. The casino was fantastic, with free pool parties and a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and bed sheets provided regularly.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
